Welcome to the District 4 web page. It is an honor to serve the citizens of this state as the District 4 Commander. I began my career with the Washington State Patrol in 1987 and have worked in the Field Operations Bureau and the Commercial Vehicle Division. My assignments have taken me to Walla Walla, Kennewick, Yakima, and now Spokane. I am originally from Davenport, Washington, and I am a 1986 graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

I am proud of the efforts of the men and women of District 4 as they work toward making a difference every day by providing quality public safety services.

District 4 includes the seven Eastern Washington counties of Adams, Ferry, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman. Detachment offices are located in Colfax, Colville, Ritzville, and Spokane.
