District
6 Home Page
District 6 encompasses the counties of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas, and Okanogan, as well as the northeast corner of Adams County in North Central Washington. It contains a diverse landscape and spectacular scenic features. District 6 covers the largest geographical area of any district. The population for the five-plus county area is approximately 250,000. The district headquarters is in Wenatchee, and detachments are also located in Okanogan, Moses Lake, and Ellensburg. District 6 contains widely diverse and unique natural features. Our Detachments page provides specific information about the various areas. Captain DeWitt
is honored by the opportunity to lead the largest district in the state, "I

District goals and objectives conform to those adopted by the Field Operations Bureau: Goal 1 — Reduce the number of collisions on state and interstate routes caused by drivers under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. |
