WSP needs your assistance locating the driver to a Hit and Run Collision

Kennewick, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is seeking the public’s help locating two persons of interest in a serious injury hit and run collision involving a white 1990 Honda Accord at the intersection of State Route 395 and West Clearwater Avenue, in Kennewick, WA.

The incident occurred on Monday, May 27, 2024, at approximately 3:50 AM. The Honda Accord was traveling eastbound on West Clearwater Avenue and failed to stop for a solid red traffic signal at the intersection of State Route 395. The Honda struck a semi-truck, which caused it to rotate and eject one of the occupants, who suffered life threatening injuries. An associated male subject was verbally identified as Harris, Tyler William and an unknown description of a female subject later fled the scene.

Troopers and Kennewick Officers checked the area but were unable to locate Mr. Harris or the other female occupant.

The WSP is looking for witnesses who may have witnessed this incident and have information regarding the occupants in the Honda Accord, involved in the serious injury hit and run collision.
