
NICS Topics – Eastern Washington

Location: Central Washington University Campus, Ellensburg, WA
**Limited to 40 participants, first come, first served**
The in-person classes are designed to highlight new NICS topics and dig deeper into frequently asked questions. These classes will be held on both the west and east sides of the state and are expected to last from six to eight hours. Topics may include:
- Asking the Legal Analysis Team (LAT) questions
- Comparables
- Restoration of Firearm Rights (ROR)
- Entering NICS Indices
- Frequent questions for (g)(8) and (g)(9)
- The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) as it relates to (g)(9) and the NICS Indices
- CPL Revocation
- Using the RCW Archives online
- LEEP demonstration
- New laws if anything changes
