Strategic Advancement Forum

July 24, 2019 @ 8:00 am - July 25, 2019 @ 12:00 pm

The Strategic Advancement Forum (SAF) is an accountability driven leadership meeting designed to bring agency Executive Staff and Commanders together every quarter for face-to-face discussions regarding progress in meeting agency Goals and Outcomes. This performance based reporting provides each commander 20 minutes to provide Executive Staff with updated information that reflects progress on moving our agency goals and outcomes forward using strategies and Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound (SMART) targets. These actions are tracked on a Strategic Dashboard available to all personnel. The forum establishes an atmosphere of collaboration and calculated risk-taking with the overall goal of sustainable success.
