Certification Search

Enter the serial number of the scale in question or test number for the calibration equipment to view or print a copy of the notarized certification.

To obtain a copy of an official scale certification, please email your request to scales@wsp.wa.gov. Requests will be answered within two (2) business days. In your request, please be sure to include the following information:
  • Scale location (Include information such as Northbound, Southbound, East or West side if applicable).
  • Scale serial number
  • Mile post marker
