WSP Seeking Witnesses for a Shooting Incident

FIFE, Wash – Washington State Patrol (WSP) detectives are seeking witnesses after a road rage incident, where shots were fired.

The road rage incident occurred at approximately 7am on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, northbound Interstate 5 near 54th Ave E, milepost 137.

During the road-rage incident, the suspect driver displayed a handgun and fired at least two rounds at the victim, striking their vehicle. The victim of this incident was physically unharmed. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a dark blue or black passenger vehicle, possibly a Ford Focus. The victim was driving a black Nissan Altima.
