Snohomish County – On Sunday morning October 11, 2020 at approximately 6:30a.m., Washington State Patrol (WSP) troopers responded to a collision northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) just north of 164th Street in Lynnwood. The collision was caused by a large piece of metal debris that was lost by a pickup truck; the truck did not stop and continued driving northbound.
