Kennewick – On Thursday, February 17, 2022 at approximately 1:16 PM, a drive-by shooting occurred in the northbound lanes of State Route 397 near the intersection with 10th Ave. in the city of Kennewick, Washington.
We believe by evidence obtained from the victims of the shooting, that the vehicle involved is a 2017 black Chevrolet Cruze, with Oregon license plates (019-NDA). The car is registered to a Kayla B. Shuttleworth out of Umatilla Oregon.
Ms. Shuttleworth is a person of interest in the investigation. If you see her or the vehicle, please notify WSP detectives.
