Spokane County – On July 15th, 2022 at approximately 2140 hours, WSP Communications received a 9-1-1 call of a road rage incident that led to a shooting and collision on eastbound I-90 near Thor/Freya Streets. During the event, one of the drivers was found to be deceased. This incident is being investigated as a homicide.
