Vehicular assault motorcycle collision – Spokane

Spokane County, WA- On May 11th, 2024, at 2229 hours, Washington State Patrol (WSP) communications received multiple 911 calls about a motorcycle collision on westbound Interstate 90 just east of the Hamilton Street exit (milepost 282). It was reported that multiple motorcycles and riders were down in the roadway.

Several witnesses advised this group of motorcycles were riding erratically from westbound Interstate 90 at Argonne, milepost 287, toward Hamilton Street where the collision occurred. In the collision, a male rider with his female passenger were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Witnesses also advised multiple motorcycle riders involved in the collision had fled with one of the riders leaving their motorcycle abandoned at the scene.

The Washington State Patrol Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is requesting assistance from anyone who might have information related to this incident or might have seen this group of motorcycles riding erratically from Spokane Valley towards downtown Spokane.
