The Washington State Patrol (WSP) Tribal Relations Unit (TRU) serves as the agency’s primary point of contact for Washington’s federally recognized Tribes. Through government-to-government engagement, TRU works to build relationships, increase trust, and facilitate communication between Tribal nations, WSP, and public safety partners.
