Troopers Seeking Information on a Felony Hit and Run Collison in Douglas County

***UPDATED***

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. – On October 19, 2024, near 12:30 PM, a White newer pickup truck pulled out in front of a full-size pickup hauling a trailer loaded with hay from Batterman Rd onto EB SR 28. The actions of the pickup caused a serious injury collision. During the investigation, several witnesses at the scene stated the white, 4-door pickup stopped after the collision occurred, but then drove from the scene without law enforcement contact. The driver was identified as a white male between the ages of 50 to 60
years old.

We are seeking any information to include possible in-car video footage identifying the pickup.
